Finding your path in a sea of fantastic bargains and seductive offers can be a huge challenge, especially for a student with limited finances. Now I am not saying you need to have an ice sculpture hand-carved in the likeness of the new husband and wife (though if that's your thing, go for it), but I am talking all the "tiny touches"- customized coasters, polaroid photos, wedding book or box, etc. Black Friday season is all about managing your personal finances and staying on a budget. We all know the wedding décor is what pretty much makes or breaks the wedding. Why are Americans shopping Black Friday We all have our reasons for shopping the sales some are jonesing for a good deal while others simply have nothing. Now while I have not found any wedding bands or videographers promoting Black Friday pricing (but boy oh boy do I wish I did), Black Friday is still a savior in my wedding world, specifically, for décor purposes. Target and Amazon head into the month hot with big discount events this week and next. Needless to say, 10 years later this whole "briding on a budget" comes to no shock at all! At least thats the impression some retailers give. Figure out a post-budget plan in case you need to recover. I used to come home from the mall in high school and while all my friends would be excited to show off their new clothing, I would instead be focused on my overall cost savings. We are a week out from Black Friday, and there is no better time to start scouting deals. It's officially the most wonderful time of the year- BLACK FRIDAY and CYBER MONDAY!
